Self-Rescue Lessons
Self-Rescue lessons are entirely customized to an age, development and skill appropriate level. These lessons are designed for children as young as 6-months, young children with special needs, and children up to 6-years old who may not be ready for traditional swimming lessons.
Lessons are held Monday through Friday for a maximum of 10 minutes per lesson, at the same time every day. Lessons are scheduled in an 8-week block, with most children becoming fully skilled in an average of 6 weeks. All lessons are one-on-one to allow for the safest and most effective instruction.
