Transition your swimmer from lessons to swim team ready!

Acquire the knowledge needed to be on a swim team by joining Superior Stars!  Our highly qualified coaching staff will teach your swimmer everything they need to know to be a successful competitive swimmer.   Swimmers will learn how to work in a group setting, become a leader and most importantly how to become a good teammate! Our Superior Stars program is led by our Superior Training coaches!

8 & Unders - 25 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke, 25 kick on kickboard, knowledge of Breaststroke and Butterfly

9-12 Year Olds - Continuous 50 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke, 50 kick on kickboard, continuous 100-yard IM.
