Acquire the knowledge needed to be on a swim team by joining Superior Stars!  Our highly qualified coaching staff will teach your swimmer everything they need to know to be a successful competitive swimmer.   Swimmers will learn how to work in a group setting, become a leader and great teammate! Our Superior Stars program is led by our Superior Training coaches!

Fall 2026: Shortened Session! 
Dates: October 1st-November 21st
Price: $550 (Charged in two installments of $225 on week 1 and 4)

​Superior Stars runs seasonal sessions. Information about future sessions will be posted when available. Please contact [email protected] with questions or for more information. Make ups for missed sessions are not available for this program. 

Dates for Fall 2026 Superior Stars are tentative at this time while Superior Training works on facility repairs from the July 27th storms. Email updates have been sent to all membership and current Stars participants. If looking for more or updated information, please contact [email protected]

Age Group Requirements
io8 & Unders - 25 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke, 25 kick on kickboard, knowledge of Breaststroke and Butterfly

9-12 Year Olds - Continuous 50 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke, 50 kick on kickboard, continuous 100 yard IM.

​13 & Over - Continuous 100 yards freestyle with flip turns, continuous 100 yards backstroke, continuous 50 yards of breaststroke and butterfly.
Superior Stars is not directly affiliated with Rise Aquatic Club. Participation in Superior Stars does not guarantee a transition to Rise Aquatic Club.
