We offer specialized group swim lessons to meet your needs! We maintain low ratios and provide tiered programs to help students advance and improve their skills and stroke technique!

Policies
Group Lesson Age Policy: Group swimming lessons are designed for ages 3 to 12.
For younger students, students with special needs and those who would benefit from shorter, one-on-one instruction, please see our Self-Rescue Swimming program.
Make-up Policy: We offer one make up lesson per month, per registration for a notified missed class.
To be eligible for a make-up lesson, 24-hour advanced notice is required! Please submit your student/s absence through the parent portal. Make-ups are offered by availability and must be completed within one month of the missed lesson. All make-up lessons scheduled are final! To schedule a make-up lesson please email us at [email protected]
Cancellation Policy: If at any time you wish to cancel your registration, we require a two-week notice. To cancel, please email us at [email protected].

3-to-1 Lessons & Schedule

Group Lessons are conducted in a 3-to-1 ratio. Pairings are based on the students' age and ability within each individual time slot. Request for pairings with friends or family are not possible. Please see Private Lessons if you're looking for a guaranteed pair. All lessons must begin within two weeks of registration date. Pricing 3-1 Lessons are $30 per 30-minute lesson. Lessons are billed monthly. *Multi-class Discount of $2 (1st registration is $30 per lesson, second is $28, third and beyond is $26), per an individual, NOT family. |

Stroke School & Schedule
|
Stroke School is conducted with a 6-to-1 ratio and designed for children ages of 6-12. Students should be proficient in Freestyle and Backstroke. Students should be able to consistently swim across the pool (25 yards) for the duration of the 30-minute lesson. Also, have the beginning knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly. All lessons must begin within two weeks of registration date. Pricing Stroke School Lessons are $32 per 30-minute lesson. Lessons are billed monthly. *Multi-Class Discount of $2 (1st registration is $32 per lesson, second is $30, third and beyond is $28), per an individual, NOT family. |

Lesson Curriculum
Superior Training emphasizes water safety and proper swimming technique. Our instructors teach to each individual student's needs while following a logical swimming progression:
- Level 1 Goals: To be able to follow directions, be safe around the water, and to be able to jump into the water and swim back safely.
- Level 2 Goals: To be able to swim Freestyle with efficient side breathing, swim Backstroke, and be able to retrieve objects from the bottom of the pool.
- Level 3 Goals: To be able to swim Freestyle and Backstroke with proper rotation and breathing for 16 yards, and master appropriate wall push-offs.
- Level 4 Goals: To be able to complete a somersault, Master appropriate wall push-offs with correct underwater action for Freestyle and Backstroke, Perform beginning level knowledge of Breaststroke kicks and Underwater Pull-Out. Demonstrate skills and focus to be ready to move into Stroke School.
- Level 5 (Stroke School) Goals: To be able to swim both Butterfly and Breaststroke, complete a Freestyle Flip Turn, be able to perform Freestyle and Backstroke 'fast', and demonstrate the ability to perform mini swimming sets. Show skills and focus to be ready to move into Superior Stars.
